Yes! We offer One(1) free bag of less than 22lbs/10kg per passenger. Additional luggage can be added for a small fee.
Yes! You can cancel or modify your booking by contacting us via our web form. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled departure to qualify for a refund or credit. For more information, visit our Refund Policy.
If you cancel your ticket at least 24 hours in advance, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may be eligible for partial credit but are non-refundable. For no-shows, refunds are not available.
If your ride is canceled by us, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for the next available trip. In case of significant delays, we’ll notify you immediately and provide alternative options.
After your cancellation is confirmed, any eligible refund will be transferred to your bank without any deductions. the amount you paid will be reflected in your account within 7 working days depending on your banks return procedures. The refund timeframe is completely dependent on your bank and Kilimanjaro Transpo has no right to speed up the process. For more info check our Refund Policy.
